Study On Creation Of The Working-operating Mechanism For College Primary-level Organizations Of The CPC

The college primary-level organizitions of the CPC are the foundation of entire work and fighting in the university,and it ensures the completion of historic mission.The college primary-level organizitions of the CPC are the first line of the college work.They are the political core and fighting force in teaching and management services.With the new development of world situations,country situations, school situations and the CPC situations, the work of college primary-level organizitions of the CPC also faces some new problems and new contradictions, which raised new challenges and new requirements for the work of college primary-level organizitions of the CPC. Under such circumstances,it is extremely necessary and urgent to innovate the work-operating mechanism for college primary-level organizations of the CPC. This paper attempts to explore a new work-operating mechanism for college primary-level organizations of the CPC. Work-operating mechanism creation can drive organizational innovation, and ultimately enhances the college primary-level organizitions of the CPC in creativity,cohesion and fighting.
