Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The "Five-ization" Construction Of College Students’ Party Branches In Local Universities

The Party construction in universities occupies an important position in the construction of the Communist Party of China,and the construction of the college students’ Party branches is the most important work of the Party construction in universities.Carrying out the construction of college students’ Party branches well is the internal requirement to promote the all-round development of college students’ Party members,the inevitable choice to improve the organizational strength of college students’ Party branches,and the practical need to realize the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in universities.How to improve the quality of Party branch construction to give full play to the fighting fortress role of college students’ Party branches and the vanguard and exemplary role of college student Party members is a major issue that needs to be tackled in Party construction in universities.The "Five-ization" construction of Party Branches is the product of implementing the general requirements of party construction in the new era,which inherits and develops the views of Marxist Leninist classic writers,the leaders of the Communist Party of China before the 18 th National congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping on Party construction.In this paper,the current situation of the "Five-ization" construction of college students’ Party branches in local universities is studied by means of questionnaires and interviews,with three universities in Hengyang,including University of South China,Hengyang Normal University and Hunan Institute of Technology.After compiling and analyzing,it is concluded that the construction of "five-ization" of college students’ Party branches in local universities has achieved the following results: "the party committee team performs its functions seriously","theoretical study is carried out regularly and effectively","the education and management of party members are in place","the party committee team performs its functions seriously",and "supporting facilities meet basic needs".At the same time,it is also found that due to the lack of awareness of "joining the Party in action",single way of education,unstable team and insufficient innovation consciousness,the "Five-ization" construction of college students’ Party branches in local universities still needs to make continuous efforts in the aspects of the function of party members,the innovation of practical activities,the implementation of various systems and the construction of network branches.In order to improve the quality and effect of the construction of college students’ Party branches,this paper proposes four aspects,such as strengthening the construction of party members and brightening the pioneer project,paying attention to the needs of party members and the times and enriching the practical project,improving the top-level design and implementing the task project,and integrating the existing resources and creating the innovative project.
