As a professional legal services agency, a law firm relies on its talents with various expertise as the prerequisite to provide comprehensive and professional services and increase its competitiveness. Since its inception, Guangdong Long Hao Law Firm has been faced with the grim reality of the frequent employee turnover, which has seriously restricted the Firm's growth. How to improve employee loyalty and maintain the stability of the staff is an urgent issue that Long Hao Law Firm should address. This dissertation will find out a strategic solution for the problem of Long Hao Law Firm.First, an Employee Loyalty Survey was conducted in Long Hao Law Firm with a questionnaire designed based on relevant theories about employee loyalty, management and organizational behavior to reflect organizational factors that affect employee loyalty. Then I analyzed the survey results to understand the current status of the firm's employee loyalty. I found that the foremost factors that affect the firm's employee loyalty include commission-based income distribution system, lack of team-oriented management mechanism and integrated business structure as well as unclear specialized division. Based on these findings, we have proposed strategies such as lawyer team working system and optimized revenue distribution system to enhance employee loyalty of Long Hao Law Firm.
