Loyalty has a long history in Chinese civilization. In the Modern Chinese Dictionary it defines traditional loyalty as "a means to give all of one's energy and heart to his nation and other people." Nowadays, the definition of loyalty for employees in corporations has changed a lot. For them, loyalty is a new system that comes from scientific management. This new system makes the relationship between the employees and corporations more professional which means that the employees can realize and be willing to envisage the competitive challenges their corporations have. The employees will do so because they want to get rewards, but it doesn't mean that their promised loyalty to the corporations will never change. Right now the competition of how to attract and keep the talented people has become a very serious problem between corporations. Furthermore, how to get the loyalty from the employees especially from the nuclear employees has become the highest goal which some corporations are pursuing. What decides loyalty? In my point of view, the management of loyalty is a multi-faceted and complex process. Hence, we have to adopt different methods to correspond the changing situations. Otherwise, we will go in the opposite direction. Entering Chinese insurance market since 1992, individual vicegerent insurance mode has experienced dramatic development. But companies in the nation didn't realize the importance of loyalty enough which has somewhat cumbered insurance companies' development.This phenomenon has not only influenced the stability of their operation, increase of employees, and additional costs, but has also seriously blocked their development. In this paper, I used some related theories about loyalty, analyzed the present loyal situation of PICC (Property and Casualty Company Limited) salesmen, combined environmental strategy, institutional strategy, developmental strategy, and loyalty evaluation theories in order to point out how to resolve some problems about corporations' interior and exterior environments, corporate culture, employment, organizational framework, crisis management, salary and welfare, training, and employees' future development.
