Constructing The Style Of Leading Cadres Long-term Mechanism In The New Times

Communist Party of China style building is an important part of the party's building. Leading Caders'style building has an important influence on Communist's style building.China has entered the new phase of development for building a well-off society in an all-round way and speeding up socialist modernization. Style building is becoming more important and more important. Style building affects the Party's project and People's project, harmonious society's building.What's more, it is related to the party's line, principles and implementation of policies,and it has a relationship to the social atmosphere of a fundamental improvement.But some leading cadres have some problems in the style's aspect, such as learning a mere formality, theoretical quality is not high, utilitarianism is serious, the power mistake is gradually expanding, hedonism is growing etc, this includes two aspect reasons, objective reasons and subjective reasons.Objective reasons include two thousand years of feudal history and the negative impacts of the market economy,imperfect system,what's more,Party's democracy have some problems, such as lack of supervision. The subjective reasons include that the leading caderes'need improve and lack of scientific concept of power.To solve address leading cadres'problem,first of all,it is necessary to learn from the foreign countries which adopted a number of good practices and experiences about cultural construction;Secondly, inheritance and innovation.Accroding to the problems, trying to establish a set of line on the leading cadres style building long-term mechanism which fit for Chinese situation;Thirdly, to strengthen ideological education, improve and advance the mechanism of cadre education; Fourthly, to build a monitoring network and the establishment of a multi-level, multi-faceted, three-dimensional type of monitoring mechanisms;Last, to explore and improve the work style of leading cadres in order to establish the better system group,such as personal property of an open reporting system, improve the administrative accountability system, establish the right performance appraisal system.
