Style building is becoming more important and more important. Style building affects the Party's project and People's project, harmonious society's building.What's more, it is related to the party's line, principles and implementation of policies,and it has a relationship to the social atmosphere of a fundamental improvement.But some leading cadres have some problems in the style's aspect, such as learning a mere formality, theoretical quality is not high, utilitarianism is serious, the power mistake is gradually expanding, hedonism is growing etc, this includes two aspect reasons, objective reasons and subjective reasons.Objective reasons include two thousand years of feudal history and the negative impacts of the market economy,imperfect system,what's more,Party's democracy have some problems, such as lack of supervision.
