Chinese rural disputes are quite important problem to academia. The existing research of rural disputes have been interpreted for our interpretation of the dispute between peasants and grass-roots government, while there are some problems on theoretical perspective and empirical study. To be specific, the existing research "See the behavior not see the psychology", consciously or unconsciously ignored the role of peasants'political psychology.This article attempts to go beyond the currents translation views in rural disputes research to study the peasants' political psychology behind the village disputes. Here I would like to study one common land dispute between farmers and village committee, the purpose of the study be to analyze the peasants' political psychology process behind the dispute, also analysis the key mechanism for political psychology and Submit a comprehensive intervention. In my opinion, applied Psychological method to the study of political science can really "into" peasants' political psychology world.Through this case study, we get the following conclusions:1. The peasants'psychological process of village dissension can be approximately divided into five stages:trust and dependence——refusal and anger——compromise and frustration——acceptance and adaptation——communication and transmission;2. Stress events and crisis events are key links of the form of peasants' political psychology;3. Peasants' political psychology are the main aspects of peasants' psychological problems;4. In disputes between government and peasants, peasants are psychologically vulnerable groups, they usually use psychological defense mechanism to release stress and rebuild psychological order;5. A comprehensive intervention strategy is proposed for peasants' political psychology, it use various intervention measures at several system levels, including government, community and individual levels.
