In the global strategic situation, India-European relations occupy an important strategic position, its evolution will be directly or indirectly affect the future direction of Asia-Pacific region. Looking at picture of India-European relations "ups and downs," but the two sides eventually spiral curve found in the realistic position–"comprehensive strategic partnership". However, India-European strategic is not the elimination of short period of time; as the parties are still large room for development of common strategies, work together to become the common choice. Globalization today rely more and interwoven interests of both sides, India-European relations in the Asia-Pacific affects the pattern of the future, the Asia-Pacific region also affects the power of interactive development of relations between the direction of India-European, India-European and effective cooperation between the stability of the Asia-Pacific region and prosperity in one of the prerequisites. The EU believes that "strengthening the EU's political and economic presence in Asia, to such a presence up to the enlarged EU's position in the world commensurate with the level of" need to work closely with India. India is also in its global strategy that the EU plays an important role, contributing to dream of global power strategy. India-European relations have already expanded from a simple economic function of almost all areas of political dialogue mechanism has covered all levels, bilateral exchanges have become more frequent and systematic. The European Union as the world's key strategic player in the Asia Pacific region with India launched multi-faceted cooperation, China is bound to impact on the surrounding environment. China is facing India and the European Union but to take effective measures, In order to safeguard China's national interests and security.In research methods, this paper the integrated use of the historical analysis, analogy analysis, case law and other research methods, with a view to the issue discussed in a more comprehensive and detailed, easy to understand. In the structure and content, this paper is divided into five parts:Part I: describes the relationship between India and the EU's course of development. Throughout development of relations between India and the European Union, its history can be divided into three phases: Phase I refers to 1947, prior to the performance between India and the European countries fight for the awakening of colonial aggression. Phase II 1947 -1993, India and the performance of economic and trade between the European Community to lead the political ice. The third phase in 1993 - so far between India and the EU expressed as to deepen cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win.Part II: In the new century India-European relations content and features. This part of the use large amounts of data and examples, summarized under the new international situation, India-European relations, the main content and features. Politically, mutual respect and mutual trust, seek common ground. The impact of main features: a comprehensive strengthening of multilateral political dialogue and cooperation, but mutual suspicions still exist; cross-regional economic cooperation and trade exchange has been enhanced, but Cold War thinking often emerges; multicultural harmony, but the Chinese culture of foreign exchange "deficit" appear; defense widespread establishment of security mechanisms, but to "contain China" anti become a consensus.Part V: China's countermeasures. In response to these effects, this part of the main measures proposed in four areas: To carry out multi-level political dialogue, enhance China,India,Europe multilateral trust. Strengthen regional economic and trade cooperation and exchange, build networks of multilateral economic cooperation. Development of cultural exchange strategies to increase the international influence of Chinese culture. Enhance defense and security mutual trust and create an enabling regional environment. These policies targeted to China's development is bound to have a positive impact.In short, the India-European relations not by chance, there are deeper reasons. However, the development of bilateral relations will not be plain sailing, there are still constraints of problem. Based on the two sides share common interests, cooperation will be the topic. When the China factor as the two sides share a common choice, is bound to affect China's peripheral security and stability. Therefore, China must take effective measures to deal with in a timely manner.
