Research On Building Energy Cooperation Legal Mechanisms Within The Framework Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization was established to maintain regional peace, security and stability. In recent years, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member States have begun to pay attention to the economic and trade cooperation, including the energy cooperation and especially urgent and important. The subject of this article is to hope that in this context, within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization by building energy cooperation legal mechanisms to promote and safeguard the SCO member States between energy cooperation, give this area the further development of the economy and trade, not only in the interest of the membership, will also be conducive to enhancing the vitality of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.This article proposes to adopt empirical research, comparative analysis and conclusion, etc, and comprehensive application of law, political science and economics related theory of knowledge, from multiple angles of inclination of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in energy cooperation, the international energy cooperation in legal practice experience, hypotheses and initiatives, within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to reach basic legal agreement, setting up special laws, establishing the relevant legal system, thereby establishing a reasonable and efficient energy cooperation legal mechanism.
