Research On The Legal Issues Of Energy Cooperation Of The Shanghai Cooperation Organization

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO)is an intergovernmental international organization established under the background of rapid economic globalization and regional economic integration.It was established to strengthen mutual trust and good-neighbourly and friendly relations among member countries,firmly and steadily promote cooperation among member countries in the fields of politics,economy,culture and education,and safeguard regional peace,security and stability.Over the years,the energy sector has been the focus of economic cooperation among SCO member countries.The purpose of this paper is to establish and improve the legal mechanism and mode of energy cooperation within the framework of SCO,strengthen energy cooperation within the framework of SCO,strive to build an open,inclusive and inclusive energy community,ensure regional energy security,optimize the allocation of regional energy resources,promote the deep integration of regional energy markets,and achieve regional energy realization.Green,low-carbon and sustainable development to meet the energy consumption growth needs of member countries and promote the rapid economic and social development of member countries.In this paper,through the verification of information,comparative study,the use of law,politics and other related disciplines of theoretical knowledge.Chapter 1 of this paper introduces the basic situation of SCO energy cooperation.Chapter 2 expounds the legal basis of SCO's energy cooperation,and summarizes the main problems existing in energy cooperation.Chapter 3 draws on the practical experience of Energy Charter Treaty,EU legal rules and dispute settlement mechanism.Chapter 4 describes my legal thinking on the energy cooperation of the energy community of the SCO,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the legal mechanism of the energy cooperation of the energy community.
