Research On The Legal Protection Problems Of Regional Tourism Cooperation Between China And Central Asian Countries

Economic globalization and regional economic integration is the mainstream of the world economic development. Countries aimed at their own interests and enhance of regional competitive, achieved regional economic interdependence, complementary and common prosperity by establishing regional economic cooperation organization, signing bilateral or multilateral agreements, etc. Tourism cooperation as a part of regional economic cooperation , had became an objective requirement and inevitable trend of world tourism development. Adapt to economic integration and regional cooperation in tourism trends, with unique geographical advantages , cultural advantages and resources, the regional tourism cooperation between China and Central Asian countries have begun to expand. The purpose of this paper is to find a way to promote and protect the China and Central Asian countries'regional tourism cooperation by legal means in such a background, so as to promote the development of regional economic trade.The empirical research, comparative analysis, generalize and other methods are used in this paper and combined the theory and knowledge of law, political science , economics and by drawing on the successful experience of European Union and ASEAN's regional tourism cooperation , combining with the actual situation of China and Central Asian countries'regional tourism cooperation. This paper imagine to sign the bilateral tourism cooperation agreements, establish a special tourism cooperation institution and by using WTO Disputes Settlement Mechanism to improve regional tourism cooperation of China and Central Asian countries by law.
