However, in the context of the early founding and in a very "leftist" ideology under the influence of the arbitrary will, some people simply due to the reason of localism. And then launching a massive political movement:anti-localism movement. The movement makes a group of people labeled as localism cadres and activists, and has created a number of miscarriages of justice, and thus affected the party's cadre policy in the implementation in Hainan, which has a negative impact.The causes of Hainan localism cases are very complicated. That is because of the Hainan special historical and cultural background and there are contradictions in the cadres. The second part is mainly talk about the course and process of Hainan localism cases.3. The third part summarizes the consequences of Hainan localism cases.4. The forth part discusses the reasons of Hainan localism cases. This section is the main body of the thesis.5. the fifth part is about the reflection of Hainan localism cases, summarizing the lessons of the cases to draw out some useful enlightenments for present party building.
