Research On The Role Of Hainan Government In Promoting The Development Of Rural Electric Business

Rural e-commerce has developed very rapidly in recent years,Both trading volume and transaction volume have increased rapidly.Develop rural e-commerce,it has a positive impact on the improvement of transportation infrastructure,logistics system,e-commerce personnel training and other factors of production.At the same time,the development of rural e-commerce has important practical significance for the realization of policy objectives such as poverty alleviation,urban-rural integration and Rural Revitalization strategy.The development of rural e-commerce not only has huge market potential and profit space,but also faces practical problems such as poor infrastructure,high logistics cost and lack of talents.To solve these problems,besides the efforts of the market itself,the role of the government can not be replaced.In the process of government promoting the development of rural e-commerce,there are often problems such as government absence or offside,which results in inefficient use of financial funds,even affects the reputation of the government,and delays the development of rural e-commerce.This paper combs the role orientation of the government in promoting rural e-commerce,clarifies the government orientation,and tries to avoid the government's detours in promoting rural e-commerce development.At the same time,it points out that the government should adjust its policies to adapt to the changes of the new situation at different stages of rural e-commerce development.Specifically,as for the promotion of rural e-commerce by Hainan government,this paper not only introduces the efforts made by Hainan government in promoting the development of e-commerce,but also focuses on the typical cases of Yongxing e-commerce and Baisha e-commerce,and analyses the measures and effects of the development of town e-commerce and county e-commerce,which can provide useful reference for other governments in Hainan to promote the development of rural c-commerce.In order to further expand the Hainan government's thinking of promoting rural e-commerce development,this paper also introduces the advanced experience of other local governments in promoting rural e-commerce,and puts forward pertinent suggestions on the next step of Hainan government's policy optimization measures,especially in planning to lead and complement the development shortcomings of rural e-commerce,and intensifies its efforts to adapt to the new requirements of free trade zone(port)construction.
