Study On The Model Of Detoxification In Hainan

Drug control has a bearing on the physical and mental health of citizens and on the harmony and stability of society.Therefore,governments attach great importance to drug rehabilitation.The Anti-Drug Law of the People's Republic of China,which was implemented in 2008,,established a compulsory isolation and detoxification system.The Anti-Drug Regulations,implemented in 2011,further clarified the working principles of,scientific detoxification,care and assistance",and the two laws and regulations advanced step by step,reflecting the high level of concern of the government for drug addicts.It also led to the scientific development of compulsory isolation and detoxification.The Hainan drug rehabilitation model upholds the concept of "people-oriented" rehabilitation and helps a lot of drug addicts to quit drug addiction through scientific rehabilitation processes and methods.However,Hainan detoxification model is a phased exploration of compulsory isolation and detoxification work.As a detoxification police,the author finds that Hainan detoxification model still faces many problems in his work,which has caused the author to think about perfecting Hainan detoxification model.Based on the comprehensive introduction of Hainan drug rehabilitation model,this paper analyzes the problems faced by this model at the operational and institutional levels,and puts forward corresponding suggestions based on the theory of social governance.This paper is divided into seven parts,the first part is focusing on the current research situation at home and abroad;The second part introduces the compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation system and related theories.The third part is the formation,operation and effectiveness of Hainan drug rehabilitation model;The fourth part is the characteristics,problems and reasons of Hainan drug rehabilitation model;The fifth part is the comparison between Hainan drug rehabilitation model and the typical drug rehabilitation model at home and abroad;'I he sixth part is the main countermeasures to improve and perfect the drug rehabilitation model in Hainan.The key point is to combine the social governance theory and put forward the countermeasures to improve the drug rehabilitation model in Hainan.The seventh part is the possibility analysis of the promotion of Hainan drug rehabilitation model.
