On Our Civil Service System

In the civil procedure, the service is the link between the procedures, it is the bridge between the substantive law and the procedure law, it is the channel for the parties to acquire procedure messages,it is the guaranteeing for the civil procedure operated smoothly, it's an essential legal action through the litigation process. It occupies 40% judicial resources of the grass-root court. The articles is analysis the problems of our civil service from the legislative, judicial, social three levels of more in-depth,and point out the causes, foreshadowed for the last chapter of the reform and consummation.Section four, reform and consummation of our civil service system. It's the key part of the article. First, change the guiding ideology in legislation, reform and consummation the civil service from the source. Secondly, make a concrete analysis of China's current method of service provided by the law in five of six and put forward proposals to reform and consummation.
