Research On The Civil Service System

The article mainly studies the civil service system in China,adopts a combination of theoretical and case studies,focuses on the first delivery,and analyzes typical cases and summarizes the current situation of civil service.This paper analyzes the causes of civil service difficulties from the aspects of system and objective environment,and puts forward some suggestions to overcome service difficulties in practice.The article combs through the judicial dilemma of civil service,analyzes the empirical evidence of civil service difficulties and the difficult situation of civil service,and makes an in-depth reflection on the civil service system.It has found that the civil service delivery system in China is not clear,the delivery method is not perfect,and the delivery guarantee mechanism is lacking.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the provisions on the service subject and the service method of the system of serving civil affairs outside the territory,and puts forward some feasible suggestions for improving the service system by legislation and improving the ability of the judiciary to serve civil affairs.It has rich theoretical and practical significance for the perfection of civil service system in China.
