Migrant workers is a special group in the process of building new urbanization urban andrural development. Currently, there are about two hundred million new generation of migrantworkers, it has become the body of migrant workers. Their development has become one of thekey factors to further promote urbanization construction. On the one hand, the new generation ofmigrant workers have heavy pressure into the city, the carrying capacity of the city’s migrantworkers almost reach the limit. On the other hand, the rural areas lag behind the developmentand lack of industry support, the net outflow of rural elites continued to increase. Protection ofthe new generation of migrant workers return home to do business, which can effectively solvethe city into dilemma, ease population pressure in large cities, rural labor force can also beplaced near, it is significant to promote rural economic development, to improve the level ofurbanization, to build the new urban-rural relationship. However, the current generation ofmigrant workers return home to do business is still in its infancy, there is no national level macrolayout, varied local policy, science, and effectiveness should be improved. Although go home todo business is imperative, but the entrepreneurial environment is still not optimistic.The purpose of writing this article is to explore the effective path to guide rational ability ofthe new generation of migrant workers return home to do business, and select "push-pull"theory,"King Hanlanisi fee model" and the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs analysis tool.Firstly analyzes the current situations of the new generation of migrant workers return homeentrepreneurship, that is: the acceleration of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship typicallyincrease; Entrepreneurs face multiple pressures; Industry choose diversification, centralizedmanagement mode; Individual differences and the regional difference is obvious. On the basis ofclearly present, to find the three main motivations for new generation of migrant workers returnhome to do business: City into disorder "thrust"; the rural available resources "pull" as well astheir own need of development. From the aspects of government, business resources andentrepreneurs themselves, analysis the plight faced by their home to do business in-depth.Government level mainly involves the government scientific knowledge, frequent policy lost adislocation phenomenon, has not yet set up effective administrative service platform;Entrepreneurship resource dilemma mainly includes financing difficulties, the tension of landresources, lack of professional talents and information interaction between urban and rural areas;Entrepreneurs to their plight contains management technology narrow straightforward,development strategy, sustainability, weak awareness of risk,resistance to strike capability is poor.According to the motivation and difficulties of new generation of migrant workers returnhome to do business, make a clear strategic direction countermeasures. Select Jintang County fora typical case, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,learn lessons from theexperience, and ultimately introduce three strategies that promote new generation of migrantworkers return home to do business: policy strategy, talent strategy and thinking strategy.
