On the other hand, the rural areas lag behind the developmentand lack of industry support, the net outflow of rural elites continued to increase. Select Jintang County fora typical case, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,learn lessons from theexperience, and ultimately introduce three strategies that promote new generation of migrantworkers return home to do business: policy strategy, talent strategy and thinking strategy.
