The internal power includes the requirement of the development of the administrative system itself, the improvement of the qualities of the administrative staff themselves and the application of the information technology in the administrative field. The thesis analyzes the separate factors and points out the predicament facing the motive force of the administrative reform of contemporary China. The third part is an analysis of the methods of revitalizing the motive force of the administrative reform of contemporary China. It points out that the quickening of the reforming steps of the political system, the cultivation of the social power, the methods of revitalizing the internal motive force of the administrative reform, the reshaping of the administrative culture of socialism, more attention to the compensation for the interest of the administrative staff and the drawing of the lesson from the foreign experiences are the effective methods to further promote the motive power for the administrative reform.At present, our country administrative reform needs to go deep into go along further, the motive force go into that our country administrative reform still is in but the first step stage, the theory support reforming to administration is fairly insufficient, still requires that we continue making great efforts to study in a deep going way to that, provides a few theoretical enlightenments to look forward to being that going deep into that our country administrative reform is in progress.
