Today,corruption has became a serious social problem, it is affecting human social development and progress, and it is the focus of attention of the whole society asked.Countries around the world are faced with varying degrees of corruption problems, and the harm to national governments and the public abhorrence."Transparency International" was initiated in 1993,it is headquartered in Berlin, Germany. "Transparency International" is aim to promote global anti-corruption campaign. Today, "Transparency International" has become the most authoritative study, the most comprehensive and the most accurate of the international non-governmental organizations, also it becomes internationally recognized standards for the level of corruption. Singapore has been recognized as one of the world's most clean socity, Asia's most corruption-free government. In China, along with the rapid economic development, corruption issues continue to spread.Although Singapore and China have some differences,such as,land, population and the great diversity of social systems.However, both countries belong to the East Asian countries and have suffered in recent times Western powers of bullying, also have unbearable corruption;Both countries have similar cultural traditions and values, mainly ethnic Chinese population in Singapore, and China has a natural blood on the inextricably linked;China's current economic development has much in common with Singapore in the 1970s;China and Singapore have similar cultural traditions and values, they are considered the confucian cultural circle.But Singapore's anti-corruption mechanisms has a very successful experience. Singapore has a good anti-corruption institution building, organization, prevention and monitoring mechanisms.Therefore, the success of the Singapore experience of fighting corruption, promoting anti-corruption institution building in China, improve the organization, improve the prevention and monitoring mechanisms to provide effective and constructive comments and suggestions.This article start with a general anti-corruption general expound. Subsequently, analysis Singapore and China's political environment of anti-corruption, including the ecological profiles,political structure, the values of good.
