| Corruption is currently one of hot spots concerned all over the world. It is also the biggest social pollution and a major political challenge. At present corruption in our country has been spread by all causes such as its social, economic, cultural and so on. But analysis from the level of the System Construction, the unsound law construction of anti-corruption in china is one of the most important reason. Given the grim situation of China's current anti-corruption struggle, in this paper, through combining the theory and practice of the anti-corruption at home and abroad, from the four aspects, the problem of corruption, the status quo, as well as anti-corruption mechanism for anti-corruption laws and so on in our country, were carried out a more comprehensive study and discussion. And on basis of learning the successful experiences in fighting corruption at home and abroad, To strengthen China's legal system against corruption, to improve the legal system, to build concept of all-round anti-corruption legal mechanism are proposed in the paper. Stressed that the establishment of an effective mechanism of supervision is the best way to prevent and curb corruption at the same tine increasing efforts of fight against corruption and punishment. |
