Competence character is an ability that an excellent employee has in an organization, such as knowledge, technical ability, motive, characteristic, ego concept, attitude, value and so on. It can judge a person if he can complete the job and also can differentiate everyone's characteristic. Human resource of the transportation supervisor must insure the development of the character structure to the link of trying out and prevent the abuse of the structure.
