Study On Core Competence Of Real Estate Corporation

The core competence of corporation, which is essential in corporation's sustainable development and competitive advantage, has been becoming a new view and issue since 1990s. The theory of The Core Competence of the Corporation is a theoretical result due to the interaction of economics and management. It has been widely concerned by management theorists and practitioners. Chinese corporations should develope their strong core competence to meet the challenge of the international economic integration and WTO. The core competence of chinese corporation has been in developing ,say nothing of the chinese real estate corporation. Five chapters are included in the thesis .The first chapter introduces the core competence theroy and explains the necessity of the chinese real estate corporation to develope core competence. The second part analyses the influence to real estate corporation from the external environment on the base of introducing the external environment of the real estate. The third part analyses the internal resources of the real estate corporation , then analyses the composing of the core competence through applying Value Chain Theory. The four part evaluates the core competence of the real estate corporation through applying Analytical Hierarchy Process on the base of introducing the motive, principles and methods for evaluating the core competence. The last part discusses four methods cultivating the core competence of the real estate corporations.
