Research For Countermeasures To Harmonious Society Construction In The Context Of Social Strata's Differentiation

In the rapid advancing process of the modernization-building career, the structure of the social stratum in our nation's developing fast. This fits the historical course of the modern society development. On one hand, it has the positive significance to make the development of our national politics, economy and society more dynamic; on the other hand, due to the fact that the stratum divisional process is actually a process of rearrangement of the interest in each social stratum, some diversity is bound to be produced among them. The society has accumulated some anxiety in the process of the developing structure of the social stratum, which has increased the factors affecting social stability gradually and influenced the building of the Harmony Society. The critical pointed that not all changes in the structure of the social stratum would hinder the building of the Harmonious Society. Currently the development of the structure of the social stratum has produced promoting effects to the development of the social stratum division in the building of the Harmony Society under the influence of some non-hierarchical factors.Today,we have to deal with actively but not suppress the development and changes of the structure of the social stratum and take scientific and reasonable measures to foster social harmony and development. This article puts forward strategies to cope with the deepening development of the structure of the social stratum from 5aspects,which are creating mode of government management and ideological and political education, enhancing ideological, cultural and legal construction, uniting front work respectively, hoping to fully achieve the positive effects of the Social Strata's Differentiation and the goal to build the Harmony Society.
