Study On The Problem Of Government Corruption Of My County (district) Level

This article discusses on how to improve the construction of an honest and clean county or district government at present situation, so that we can make the government staff work honestly and clean. As the bottom of state power, county or district government faces the common people directly. Only to make an honest and clean district level government, we can combine the anti-corruption work into economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction and party building. So we can broaden the area of anti-corruption work from the source and curb corruption to a minimum with our best efforts. This chapter gives brief introduction of two periods of Changqing County and Changqing District, including the achievement and the deficiency.In the fifth chapter, the writer proposes some suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of an honest and clean county or district government, such as strengthening supervision, improving education, improving the comprehensive quality of discipline cadres and advancing the cultural construction.
