Study On The Construction Of Grassroots Clean Government Culture Under The New Policy

Since the 18 th National Congress,the central government has vigorously "fighted tigers" while also investigating "flies" and "mosquitoes" at the grassroots level.The corruption of grassroots cadres has caused the general public to have a painful skin,and its harm cannot be ignored.The Party Central Committee proposed that the party should be strictly ruled to the grassroots level,so the grassroots anti-corruption should not be underestimated.The grassroots clean government culture construction as the basic content in the grassroots anti-corruption work is not only an important measure to create a good social atmosphere,but also enables the grassroots to feel more directly and anti-corruption.In recent years,party and government organs throughout the country have actively explored and practiced in promoting the building of a clean and honest culture at the grassroots level.The study found that China's grassroots honest government culture generally has insufficient understanding of the importance of establishing a clean government culture,lack of system construction,simple construction method of honest government,unrealistic,and unsound regulatory mechanism.With the theme of “Chongqing Chongyi County”,the company strives to build a Chongyi County that is in harmony with the fine traditions,adapts to the market economy,and promotes socialist moral construction.This paper has carried on a more in-depth study on the construction of clean government culture of county government in the new era from many aspects.The thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is an introduction,which summarizes the research background,research purpose and domestic and foreign research review of the county government's clean government culture construction in the new era.The second part is to elaborate the concepts related to the construction of clean government culture of county government in the new era and analyze them with the theories of political culture and power checks and balances.The third part is an analysis of the current situation of the construction of clean government culture in the county government in the new era.The fourth part is a detailed introduction to the basic situation of the construction of clean government culture at the grass-roots level in Chongyi County,Jiangxi Province,the problems arising from the construction of clean government culture and the cause analysis.Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems in Chongyi County,the fifth part puts forward some countermeasures to promote the construction of clean government culture in county government from five aspects,such as defining the construction subject and the construction receptor,promoting the main contents of clean government culture in county government,promoting the main ways of clean government culture construction in county government,and guaranteeing the construction.The sixth part is the conclusion.This article introduces the connotation,theoretical basis,research status and basic situation of the construction of clean government culture at the county level in the new era,with a view to providing practical reference for the construction of clean government culture at the county level in the new era.
