The Research On The Influence Of Interest Group Over Policy In China

Interest group is a basic unit and concept for the study of the structure of modern political science, which breaks through the traditional methods of class and stratum, offering a new angle for the study of our social structure in the primary stage of socialism. This article is a further probe on the bases of the achievements made by the former scholars on the subject of interest groups. The interest group's development of Chinese society has already affected the decision-making of government more or less, and it also has an increasingly strong tendency. The research of relations between interest group and the government's decision-making has a positive theoretical and practical significance for solving the conflict of interest which appears in our society multiplication process, promoting government's macro-scientific of policy-making, the fair of administration and even the democratic political development and so on.This study from the modern political science, public economics, decision theory and game theory, and other multidimensional perspective, on the formation of contemporary Chinese interest groups in the background and causes, characteristics and classification, groups of their own property and make a more in-depth understanding. Use the related theory of groups of policy impact analysis. We focused on the impact of China's interest group policy of the channel, major content, impact and importance of the role of the effectiveness and necessity as well as the effects(including the positive effect and negative effect) of China's interest group policy constraints.In the summary of past scholars on interest groups on the basis of research results, creative to forestry interest groups on forestry policy, specifically on national forest as well as farmers in the two forestry interest group on forestry policy implications; the forest products industry association on forestry policy; environmental protection organization on forestry policy, etc., at the same time on the forestry and the effects of policy interest group to conduct an in-depth analysis and research on how to strengthen its influence.
