How to achieve social security and connection of urban and rural, how to explore the social security in practice is an very important project for local governments and labor and social security departments. In order to establish the coverage of the whole social security system which will connect urban areas with rural areas, coordinate the farmers and citizens, the most significant thing we should do is as followed.
