On this basis, the author has consulted the successful experience in foreign countries of corruption prevention in ideology, system and technology, and then tries to extend from beforehand antisepsis and afterward antisepsis to give suggestions for improving the preventive mechanism against corruption from the root in China. One the one hand, establish the corruption prevention system with equal importance on education, system and supervision. On the other hand, illustrate how to enhance administrative inspection system to prevent corruption. Meanwhile, benefit from the experience of the prevention in foreign countries, an feasibility analysis of preventing corruption by administrative inspection is made to conclude that as an internal inspection, the administrative inspection is the most direct and effective way. Therefore, the administrative supervision should fully function to ensure all aspects of public management under inspection, and prevent corruption from the source.
