The Developing Direction Of Infrastructure Study For The Chinese Government Websites

A series of significant achievements in developing the Chinese government websites have been made in the past ten years. But there are several issues, such as building redundant websites, few information resource sharing, low information multiple use, and etc. The object of this thesis is specific the developing direction of infrastructure for the Chinese government websites and provides the methodology of coordination and interaction among governments websites at all levels.This thesis is based on the theory of User-Centered. It is the first time to state the method of dividing the government websites by users and it is also the first time to introduce differentiated marketing into government websites. The development of infrastructure for the government websites comes from analyzing the global government websites and probing the developing environment for the Chinese government websites. This thesis provides different kinds of methods to research the developing direction of infrastructure for the Chinese government websites.This thesis is divided into 9 chapters:Chapter 1, the introduction of infrastructure study for the Chinese government websites, introduces the background, the subject, the content, the idea, and the innovation of this research. This chapter also introduces those references cited in this thesis.Chapter 2, the basement for infrastructure study of the Chinese government websites, provides the concepts of government websites, government portal, the architecture of government website; discusses the theory of User-Centered, CRM, and how to consolidate information between government websites and commercial websites.Chapter 3, analyzes the environment of infrastructure developing for the Chinese government websites, analyzes the developing trend of government websites. States the current situation, policy environment, developing environment, and strategy for SWOT, including the influence to government websites from the'Three-In-One network'.Chapter 4, the developing direction of infrastructure for the Chinese government websites, analyses and addresses the emphasis of government websites, integration and consolidation of government websites, re-construction of government websites.Chapter 5, the developing direction of information service function for the Chinese government websites, addresses the developing direction of information service, such as searching, consolidating, and etc.Chapter 6, the developing direction of on-line service function for the Chinese government websites, states how to consolidate on-line services and public resources of all levels government websites; how to construct unified platform for on-line services, and etc.Chapter 7, the developing direction of interaction between the government and the public, states how to collect feedbacks from knowledge base and how to develop interaction between government and public through cell phone.Chapter 8, analyzes the typical case of official portal websites for city, analyzes the cases from infrastructure of official portal websites of Beijing, information service, on-line service, and interaction.Chapter 9, summary of the research results, discusses the range of this study, the limitation of this thesis, and provides what will study in next step.
