With the ecological theory point of view to examine the ideological and political education is an important conversion of thinking way of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education is the sum of the ideological and political eco-education activities and their results, of the various structure and relationship between internal and external factors that influence each other. In this paper, Eco-philosophy as a guider, the ideological and political education is considered as a complete ecosystem. There is ecological implication of the ideological and political education in Chinese and Western traditional culture, As early as two thousand years ago in China, Confucian and Taoist philosophers pointed out "Heaven and Man", "benevolence," "love everything", "inaction" mentality, It shows us that in ideological and political education, ideological and political education should comply with the objective ecological laws, respect for human subject initiative; Plato's "ideal country" city ecosystem theory and theory that philosophy of education can nurture King's , Aristotle's theory of education in middle theory and virtue theory contains an ecological theory of ideological and political education. Ecology, education, ecology, systems theory and other theories provides theoretical support for the study of the ecological system of ideological and political education. On this basis, this paper studies the main factors of ecosystem and environmental factors of the ideological and political education. To build eco-systems of the ideological and political education, it must conform to the symbiotic and competition, heredity and variation, feedback and control, the system cycles these four principles. After analyzing a few major problems existing in the ideological and political education of ecosystems, to begin to explore how to achieve self-transcendence of ideological and political education ecosystem. At present, the problems of the ideological and political education ecosystem, are elements of ideological and political education is not enough coupling, feedback is not smooth, the mechanism is not perfect, educational goals and no layering and so on. Therefore, to achieve the self-transcendence, to achieve effective, make it first must to improve overall quality educator of the ideological and political education; to achieve equality of exchange. Family environment, school environment, social environment must complement each other to form networking and overall social environment work together to improve the social environment developed for the direction in improving the ideological and moral quality of the teaching and the recipients, to maintain a healthy dynamic balance between the external environment between ecological ideological and political education and the external environment. The traditional mechanical single educational method is bound to hinder ideological and political education to achieve the desired results. Ways and means of education must be improved, to view to obtain good results ideological and political education. Lastly, an effective coordination mechanism of the ideological and political education is essential.
