Study On The Ecosystem Of Policing Ideological And Political Education

Policing ideological and political work is the lifeline of policing work and an important guarantee for police to fully perform their duties.Therefore,over the years,the public security organizations have always adhered to the absolute leadership of the Communist Party of China and attached great importance to the ideological and political education.With the tremendous changes on the situation at home and abroad,Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered a new era,and policing work has entered a new stage.Thus,it is particularly important to respond to the new requirements and challenges which are put forward by new situations and tasks with new ideas,perspectives and methods.Ecology is a science that studies the relationship between human,nature and society.Its essence is to study the relationship among the elements within the ecosystem and the relationship between the ecosystem and the external environment from the viewpoint of connection,dynamics and balance.It is an innovative thinking and angle to examine the policing ideological and political with ecology.Based on the theory of ecology,educational ecology and ideological and political education,on the practice of the reality problems of policing ideological and political education,this paper regards "public security organizations and public security teams" as the special subject,aims at grasping and investigating policing ideological and political education from the thinking and perspective of ecology,and explores its internal composition which means the relationship between the subject,object,intermediary and ring of the policing ideological and political education ecosystem from a systematic point of view.This paper re-examines the process of policing ideological and political education from the perspective of system,connection and dynamics,and analyses the current ecological dilemma and ecological imbalance,so as to solve practical problems by optimizing the system structure and adopting the ecological methods of overall analysis,balanced interaction and coordinated symbiosis,to further accelerate the energy flow,material circulation and information transmission in the policing ideological and political education ecosystem,and to reach ecological balance and virtuous circle.
