A Research On Socialization Of Administrative Power's Legal Safeguard Mechanism

This article takes our country's non-government public organization's development as a background,has analyzed in the process of administrative authority socialization the protection for the socialized administrative authority and the non-government public organization's status in the legal safeguard mechanism aspect. By comparison of foreign related research and practice foundation,the thesis proposed how to construct our country's administrative authority socialization's law safeguard mechanism.
