Research On Current State Of Poverty Of Low-income Families And Social Assistance In Tiexi District Of Shenyang City

Social assistance is a public policy of the government to protect the poor basic living rights, to regulate for the purposes of social equity. But in recent years, as the government for social relief work is being boosted, public policies originally used to regulate social equity have created a new issue of unfairness, mainly reflected imbalance between the minimal households and the low-income households. This paper passes the perspectives of studying poverty-stricken population living in households, The innovative research will be in a position of low-income households, marginalized groups living in possession, with the 36,162 low-income families of Tiexi District as a model and a specific description and analysis of in-depth research of low-income families in poverty relief and social statue for Tiexi District of Shenyang City. This paper mainly uses literature survey, data analysis (using SPSS statistical analysis software), interviews, advisory specific methods, and empirical research and theoretical study, in-depth interviews with reality thinking, Statistical data classification and experience throughout the whole course of the study, and bring them together.This paper fully takes advantage of the first-hand information on low-income families in Tiexi District of Shenyang City, and has a quantitative analysis on the composition of the population, Features and living conditions of low-income families, and take a profound analysis on the cause of poverty, put forward the basic ideas and the basic principles. In addition, through interviews with low-income families and the departments of Tiexi District, comprehensively understand the social assistance status of Tiexi District and assess the main problems of social relief work. At last, according to the available data, make the dangerous probability logistic regression model of low-income families without education, medical assistance in Tiexi District, as education, medical special relief measures effective basis, provide the suggestion for the employment assistance, housing assistance and have a useful study on how to improve the social aid system of Tiexi District.
