Research On The Poverty Reduction Effect Of Inner Mongolia Social Assistance System

Due to the reasons of region,culture,natural conditions and historical development,the quality of economic development in Inner Mongolia is not high,the incidence of poverty is high,the task of overcoming poverty is heavy,and the well-being level of residents needs to be improved urgently.Therefore,it is of great significance for maintaining social harmony and stability,ensuring the long-term stability of the country and the people's well-being.The social assistance system is of great significance to the fight against poverty in Inner Mongolia.According to the actual situation of social assistance system and poverty in Inner Mongolia,this paper studies the poverty reduction effect of social assistance system in Inner Mongolia based on multi-dimensional poverty theory,spatial poverty theory,income distribution theory and public goods theory.The study finds that the standard of social assistance in Inner Mongolia is increasing day by day,but the gap between urban and rural areas is large,and the absolute scale and relative scale of social assistance expenditure are insufficient.In addition,using the vector autoregressive model,the status and problems of the social assistance system and its main sub-projects of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are analyzed.The conclusion is that the poverty reduction effect of the social assistance system and the urban-rural minimum insurance system in Inner Mongolia is not significant,while the poverty reduction effect of the medical assistance system is significant.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to enhance the poverty alleviation effect of social assistance system in Inner Mongolia: first,to strengthen the top design of social assistance system;second,to effectively link the system of minimum living allowance in agricultural and pastoral areas with the policy of poverty alleviation and development;third,to integrate the system of minimum living allowance in urban and rural areas;fourth,to increase support for the deep poverty-stricken areas in Inner Mongolia;fifth,to give full play The role of the aid system in poverty alleviation;six is to increase the input of special relief;seven is to expand the channels of raising funds for social assistance.
