Study Of The Relief Legal System Of Occupational Health

With the rapid development of the global economy, occupational health issues and occupational disease prevention become the study topics of the whole world. because of this, the WHO and ILO develop many main strategic policies of occupational health and safety for both international and domestic: these includes:avoid endangering, improvement of working conditions, responsibility and authority of the government in development and control of working conditions. It's much perfect in the aspect of regulations for the relief of occupational health in west developed countries, these countries includes:USA, Japan, etc. Study of the relief of occupational health in China is from the aspect of labor health and injury insurance, the regulations system for the relief of occupational health is very weak in China, this is not only related to hundreds of millions of labors, especially the farmers and workers, but also related to the healthy and sustainable development of local economics. How to regular a fair and just relief system becomes immediate and practical problems in China。This dissertation focus on the topics of the relief legal system of occupational health, there are five chapters of the dissertation. Chapter 1-- has a basically depiction for conception of occupational health, law property. Chapter 2--< Study of Occupational Health Status of Labors > has a basically analysis from the aspect of sicknesses, awareness of protections, regulation of government, farmers becoming the biggest sufferer separately at first, and then will have a in-depth study of the reasons for this situation. Chapter 3--< Study and Analysis of the Relief Legal System of Occupational Health in China> details on the relief legal system of occupational health for labors in China, this chapter not only study the relief legal system of occupational health for labors in China from the aspect of supervision of government and relief system, but also study the inadequate and defective of the relief legal system of occupational health for labors in China.. Chapter 4--< Relief Model of Occupational Health For Abroad>takes two typical countries, USA and Japan, as examples, studies the relief model of occupational health in the two countries and compares them with it in China, and then concludes the best relief model of occupational health in China. Chapter 5-< Suggestions of Relief Legal System of Occupational Health in China>makes some suggestions for relief legal system of occupational health in China based on the studies and analysis in all the above chapters from the aspects of the legislative, judicial, law enforcement.
