In recent years, public crises and challenges have occurred again and again, brought great destruction to public life and social order to some extent. People pay more and more attention to research and prevent a variety of public crisis at all levels. Government as a public affairs manager, control and response actively that occurred within the jurisdiction of public emergency or upgrade induced deterioration of the crisis, became an important part of management of public government.All of a sudden public crisis has explosive, highly destructive and rapid spread of such features, often in a very short period of time lead to social production and living order into chaos. And as the whole community and the world is becoming integrate into an organic and the overall unity, any one of improper handling of public emergencies is likely to worsen and expand it into a national even a global public crisis. In this case, the power of the government alone is very difficult to handle with the crisis quickly. So government decide to open the information about public crisis timely and actively, in order to form a coherent social response system. It will be possible to reduce losses caused by the crisis. Therefore, the information disclosure is not only the basis for the government making proper and validity decisions, at the same time, it is a necessary prerequisite for the public to response and participate in crisis.The content of the thesis include:the concept of public crisis management, the methods and significance of the government information disclosure, then summed up the history and practical experience of crisis management of China government information. On this basis, analyzed the management of crisis current situation and existing problems, eventually put forward corresponding countermeasures.
