Mass media has an important influence on adolescents.Public service advertisements are a new way to use the media on moral education of adolescents. Public services disseminate values and norms of behavior, which is the carrier and guide of the ethics. It calls for social morality; support the spirit of the community. Moral education in a traditional public service advertisements do not have the moral features and advantages, which emphasizes the moral situation, living, and the humanism, which is the typical application of moral situations, moral life and the human morality. Public service advertisements met the needs of adolescents'morality, opened up new avenues for ethical learning of adolescents, created a healthy external environment for the growth of adolescents. Public service advertisements produce a significant impact on the moral development of adolescents. Analyze and evaluate the public service advertisements scientifically, find the existing questions and propose a practical and useful solution has a better significance on effecting the moral situation of young people better. The author did a survey of the young in five cities in North. At first, analyse the public impact of advertising on adolescents'moral status. Public service advertising platform gradually becomes diversity. Its published volume has increased year by year, which create a good environment for young people. Majority of adolescents has fully recognized the moral influence of public service. Public service advertisements also trained a large youth audiences. Public service advertisements not only made adolescents understand and learn the code of ethics, but also affect the moral attitudes and behavior of adolescents. What's more, it also has improved ideological and political teaching in schools. We also conclude the existing questions. These questions are mainly about:the operation of the mechanism is not perfect, the quality of creating is poor, communication channels and means are unreasonable; there is a certain distance between adolescents and the creation, dissemination. It has not yet formed an effective interaction. School and family also did not pay enough attention to public service. Finally, aiming at the existing questions, this paper proposes specific solutions to how to expand the impact of public advertising on adolescents'moral. These measures are mainly included:first, gradually improve the operation of public service system. Second, make legislation for the public service advertisements and enhance the creativity of public service advertisements. Determine the theme of public service advertisements. Select well the expression of public service advertisements according to adolescents. Choose the proper communication channels and modes of transmission combining of characteristics of adolescents. Arrange for the dissemination time and transmission frequency of public reasonably. Select the appropriate communication sites. More importantly, form the effective interaction between the public service and adolescents. Change the concept of schools and parents, so that they can fully recognize adolescents'moral influence of the public service advertisements. Give enough attention to public service to care the development of adolescents using the public service, family moral education, and school moral education.
