Investigation On Public Satisfaction Of 110 Alarm Service In High-tech Zone Of Chengdu

After 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards have undergone earth-shaking changes.The long period of peace and stability of the country in peacetime has more requirements on the responsibilities of the people's police.From fighting crime to serving the public,the transformation of government functions is fully reflected in the 110 police service.110 alarm service is undoubtedly an indispensable public service in the society.Doing this public service well is related to the harmony and stability of the whole society,and the people live and work in peace and contentment.This reflects the core concept of "peopleoriented" put forward by the third plenary session of the 16 th central committee of the communist party of China(CPC).How to do it well,in the final analysis,is to make the people satisfied,improve the satisfaction of the people to the alarm service.The research on the satisfaction degree of alarm service is still in the preliminary stage in China.There is a lack of systematic and in-depth research on the concept,model and evaluation index system.It can be seen that the research on the public satisfaction degree of alarm service provides an effective tool for the overall evaluation of the quality of alarm service.Based on a systematic review of the literature,this study defined the concept of public satisfaction of alarm service by referring to the foreign classic customer satisfaction theory,and took its constituent elements as the important variables of the study,and established the indicator evaluation model and corresponding hypothesis of public satisfaction of 110 alarm service.The model mainly includes four levels of internal factors,external factors,emotional factors and overall satisfaction,and each level contains several dimensions.This model mainly studies the influence relationship among variables,so as to obtain the main influence factors of satisfaction through data analysis.Based on the public satisfaction model of alarm service,this study constructs an evaluation index system of public satisfaction of alarm service,which consists of 9 firstlevel indexes and 24 second-level indexes.According to the index system design of the alarm service public satisfaction questionnaire,through questionnaires to alarm,collected from the data using SPSS26.0 software for processing,using the sample feature descriptive statistics,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods to empirical research,and finally proves the corresponding assumptions,establish the public satisfaction alarm service model.The main factors affecting the public satisfaction of alarm service are summarized through the statistical analysis results,and the corresponding opinions and Suggestions are put forward according to the characteristics of the actual work.
