| At present, our country is situating at the period of transition which is a gold stage for social development following with the society splitting up and the benefit pattern continually readjusting. The prominent performance of this period is the multiplication of the benefit main body and the magnification of the benefit difference. This kind of situation has brought out the diversification of the social levels and the benefit communities, which complicates the social contradictory. During this process, because of lacking the smooth channel to demand their benefits, the minority groups are becoming the communities with more questions. When their benefits are invaded, they are easier to adopt the violent ways to demand their benefits, which induce massive thunderbolts and the colony event, seriously influence society stable and they have become the focal point of the public attention. How to effectively solve the minority groups' benefit demand questions and perfect benefit demand mechanism, is currently our country's responsibility.This article embarks from describing the main forms of the minority groups' benefit demands and the importance of perfecting their benefit demand mechanism. Then by analyzing the problems in their demand channels, demand accepting, demand realizing for the minority groups' benefits, the article thoroughly inquires into the reasons for the imperfect of their benefit demand mechanism from three aspects: economy, politics and cultural. Based on the upper analysis, the article propose the methods to construct the perfect benefit demand, demand accept and demand realize mechanism from the ways of promotion demand ability, construction the system, smooth the demand channel, perfect legal safeguard and so on, in order to provide the effective safeguard for minority groups' reasonable benefit demands, resolve the society benefit conflicts and promote the level of society benefit balance.
