There are many minority groups in Yunnan Province, and has various culture form, attracted many people. Religious as one of multiple legal culture forms. In modern times, as the Christianity entered, legal culture forms more colorful in Yunnan minority areas.As Friedrich Hayek's sorted about order, nowadays, order is mostly from "man made", which was regard as outside order. This order shaped by a control power. So, in order to analysis Christianity's affect Yunnan got religious minority area's social order, I use a word-"society control". Beside,"the word'society control'has a feature of openness, suitable for researching resource related with order."Tow reasons why Christianity has power to control. Firstly, people experienced the existing of religious. As long as they believe existing of supernatural power, religious'control force is effective. Secondly, Christianity's formulates. When people do and think under Christianity's formulates, control has achieve. With which, social could produce matching order.Such orders, in my paper I wrote religious service effect the way of people's dispute resolve; effect drugs crime in Yunnan minority areas; guard women's rights and interests in Yunnan minority area's; effect the suit of national law, and so on.Religious in minority law study areas, usually regard as a law, but different compare with law of statecentered perspective. Both as means of social control, religious and law have its own strength and weakness. Pay religious attention properly under the shortage of power of law, benefits of health social order.However, everything has tow sides. Religious has positive influence, but if it runs improper, could have negative influence, so religious working should fit law...
