Research Of Returning Rural Migrant Workers' Old-age Insurance

With the development of deepening of reform and opening up, the rural surplus labor transfer faster, more and more farmers constitute a group of rural migrant workers. The living condition of rural migrant workers increasingly wide attention from all sectors of society. There are many aspects constitute the question of rural migrant workers, the pension issue of returning rural migrant workers is the most important one. The returning rural migrant workers do not have enough money to support old person and to raise children. Their pension problem will directly influence the development of rural economic and social harmony.There are many reasons lead to the condition which is hindering the development of old-age security of rural migrant workers. Such as the dual household registration system; limited financial resources and the resistance of enterprises and rural migrant workers. In order to solve the problem, the author thought that the government should develop the community-based old-age pension vigorously. What's more, the household registration system reform and the improvement of legal system will also have positive role in solving problems of returning rural migrant workers' old-age insurance.
