Perspective Of A New Socialist Countryside Construction Research On Returning Migrant Laborer’s Adaptation Problems

Along with the international ifnancial crisis and the transformation and upgrading ofeconomic structure recently, the development space for migrant workers is limited, which partlyslow down the pace of the migrant workers to the urban. Under the policy of new ruralconstruction and urban and rural integration development strategy，more and more migrantworkers choose to return with ambition.Because of the difference in economic level、lifestyleand values, many migrant workers suffered from the problem of maladjustment，with the resultthat part of migrant workers chose to go to urban again. In the long term, this will be conduciveto build a new socialist countryside and to keep urban development harmony and stability.Although some scholars study the ability of social adaptation from multiple disciplines suchas sociology, management, psychology, and put forward many countermeasures and Suggestions,the research attention is not enough and research achievements is not inadequate.Also，theresearch is not enough in-depth.This study took returning migrant workers in Chun An County Qiandao Lake Town as theresearch object, and explored social adaptation. This paper mainly involves four questions:(l)theempirical research of Returning migrant workers social adaptations， including economic，political, cultural and psychological aspects；(3) Exploration of the correlation of economic，political, cultural, psychological and social adaptation, and made the conclusion of differentinfluence of various factors by regression analysis;(4)Put forward countermeasures andsuggestions for major problems in migrant workers social adaptation, the epilogue, including thedeifciency in this research and looking forward to further research direction.The important conclusion of the study as follows:(1) the level of returning migrant workerssocial adaptation is ngeneraln;(2) Economic，political, cultural, psychological and social fourfactors were linearly related to the ability to adapt;(3) Economic, cultural and psychologicalfactors were positive effect social adaptation; and correlation between political factors and socialadaptation was not signiifcant;(4) Social adaptation of Migrant workers showed signiifcantdifferences in gender，education, salary levels, unfairly treated, inetrpersonal intention, identity,social status, desire of return to city etc.
