Research On The Influencing Factors And Government Countermeasures Of Migrant Workers Returning To Their Hometowns

The return of migrant workers entrepreneurship is hot social concern in recent years,migrant workers entrepreneurship is an important part of rural economic construction and social development,Shandong city of Qingdao province to guide migrant workers home business not only accords with the principle of Scientific Outlook on Development,but also conducive to the construction of harmonious society,but also plays an important role in promoting the development of Shandong province.As a major province of labor export,Anhui has a large number of labor output every year,and also has a large number of returned entrepreneurs.This paper takes several villages and towns in Shandong,Qingdao Province as the object of study and visits migrant workers returning home in Qingdao,Jiaonan province.Based on the theoretical model established in this paper,the investigation mainly involves the influencing factors of migrant workers returning home in Qingdao and the problems faced by them.In this paper,through the establishment of internal and external theoretical research model,find out the factors influencing migrant workers entrepreneurship behaviors are internal factors,the entrepreneur's own culture and education quality,capital accumulation,ability and level of experience;the external factors of the government policy,financial environment and social support,and through research,investigation and Research on the factors.In order to find out the status of migrant workers return home entrepreneurship and how these factors influence the behavior of migrant workers returning home.Finally,based on the research results of the thesis summarized,put forward the development countermeasure of the migrant workers returning home for business administration from four aspects: one is the government to strengthen the migrant workers entrepreneurship training and self realization of migrant workers play industry planning,the key to success;two is the government to improve the migrant workers policy support,mainly fiscal policy support,land policy support,industrial policy support;the three is to further improve the incentive mechanism of migrant workers entrepreneurship market,such as the improvement of business financial services,expand business financing channels;four is the government to strengthen the return of migrant workers social service system,such as the establishment of private credit system and information service system.
