At present, innovate in the party members'management method and improve the management level of non-public enterprises, have become an important aspect of Party members'management. With the changes of economic system, the environment which party organizations and members relying on has changed, so that the management problems of non-public enterprises have more prominent. The Party members'management of non-public enterprises is not only directly related to the solid basis and ruling capacity of our party, but also related to the advanced embodiment of party organizations and members. In contrast, large numbers of non-public enterprises formed late and not fit for the traditional Party members'management. So it still has a lot of areas to be improved and perfected in Party members'management such as the establishment and operation of party organizations, party organizations'activities, education and training of party members and helping system of the Party etc. to take the way the previous management of the party members there have been many suited, non-public enterprises in the management of Party membership in the party's establishment and operation of the party organization's activity and the content members of the education and training, relief and support mechanisms, so the party there are many. Thus, according to the requirements of central Party and the development of the situation, how to resolve the current Party members'management of non-public enterprises has become the most important problem of the party development in non-public enterprises.This paper mainly researched the Party members'management of non-public enterprises, analyzed the actuality difficulties of Party formation, development, promotion and Party members'other problems. At the same time, it detailed discussed how to form innovative models of party organizations, innovate in funding sources, education and party activities. Based on these discussions, it gave idiographic and feasible methods for developing the Party members'management of non-public enterprises.Purpose of the paper: In a market economy system, advance the consciousness of Party members in non-public enterprises, establish identity of these Party members, solve the management difficulties and enhance the level of education and management. According to the arrangement of Party works in non-public enterprises, we should use different ways to from management system of non-public enterprises and serve a good choice for Party members'management of Jiangyuan Distract, Baishan City.Framework of the paper:1. This paper mainly focus on the essential of the formation and development of Party organization in non-public enterprises, education and training of party members, party organizations'activities and helping system of the Party. It analyzed the actuality and reasons of these difficulties and tried to explore the methods to enhance and develop the party members'management of non-public enterprises.2. Based on the main difficulties in party members'management of non-public enterprises, it advanced following methods:(1)Innovate in the formation ways and set up party organizations logically;(2)Innovate in the financial security system to promote the normal operation of party organization;(3) Respect for the dominant position of party members and develop the education of party members;(4)Innovate in the party organizational activities and increased the impression;(5)Innovate in the helping system and serve management;(6)Develop more members;(7)Enhance other ways to manage.Conclusion: Through the discussion of the problems in the party members'management of non-public enterprises, it advanced the methods to enhance the recognizant, change the ideas of management, accelerate the management through good service. So that the developing methods will promote the development of Party organization, and actualize the party members'vanguard and exemplary role.
