Jilin Chemical Small Collective Enterprises

JiLin Chemical Industrial Bloc Corporation is one of the large-scale chemical bases in China. During the planned economic period, it has founded the collective enterprises in order to make opportunities for the families to get jobs. With twenty years' development, the collective enterprises own 32,000 workers and 2 billion assess in total and aggregate sales of commodities is more than 1,2 billion a year.lt has been playing an important part in the development of the corporation. However, with the progressive establishment of the socialist market economic system, the maladies which were formed in the planned economic period reveal day by day.Meanwhile,with the state-owned enterprises' reform going deeper and the individual economy developing vigorously,the collective enterprises,especially the small-scale enterprises are in trouble because they aren't fit for the violent market competition. Since the Third Plenary session of the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, our party has built up the reforming goal,that is.The modern enterprise system. The party has also indicated clearly the direction for the enterprises. The transformation of the collective enterprise from the traditional system to the modern one is advantageous to clear the enterprises' property and responsibility,and to strengthen management and vigor.This paper will introduce the basic content of modern enterprise system and the main characters. Not only will it clarify the enterprise system and the way of action,but also it will analyze the main problems, the difficulties and the advantages of the reform. It will especially introduce the main reforming ways of small-scale enterprises,elaborate the reforming pattern choices of small-scale collective enterises andbring out some personal approaches on how to make a success ofreforming system.
