The article deals with the educational equality of the rural labor's children by comparison with the children of the cities from the aspect of the starting educational equality,the process educational equality,the result educational equality on the basis of the education opportunity equality of Coleman and Justice of Lawyers, with the method of questionnaire and free talking. The research reveals:there is a great difference between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children from the aspect of the starting educational equality,the process educational equality.Firstly, the article analyzes the difference on the starting educational equality between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children by comparison from the aspect of family income,enrollment qualification,economy cost,family expectation. After analyzing it found parents education,parents job,parents income affect the starting equality from the aspect of family income; checking "sanzheng" affect the opportunity of enrollment; rural labors'children can be enrolled by paying high tuitions. There is no difference between parents expectation.Secondly, the article analyzes the difference on the process educational equality between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children by comparison from the aspect of school,class,family. There is a great difference of Participating the activities after class between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children from the aspect of school. There is a great difference of the frequencies of answering questions,going to the platform for acting,acting leaders in class between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children from the aspect of class. There is a great difference of the frequencies of buying study materials by parents,the numbers of books,the ownerships of computers,the frequencies of helping with study,the atmosphere for studies between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children from the aspect of family.Thirdly, the article analyzes the difference on the result educational equality between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children by comparison from the aspect of study result,comprehensive abilities,the opportunities of going to high schools. There is a great difference of study result between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children from the aspect of students'scores. There is a great difference comprehensive abilities between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children from the aspect of comprehensive abilities.At last, the article summarizes and explores the difference between the children of the cities and the rural labors'children by comparison from the aspect of the starting educational equality,the process educational equality,the result educational equality and get some conclusions.
