Human is the animal of symbol which rebuild the human. Symbol shaping plays an important role which affects the achievement of the urban-rural labors'children.In school field, the students are classified by verbal symbol with general value and they escape because of subtle effect nonverbal symbol. Silence language, including teaching outline, text, the evaluation system and reviews, limits the students achievement by rule. The difference of elaborated code and restricted code make students get low achievement. The nonverbal symbol which consist of distance, expression, the frequency of answering the question in class, tone and volume reflects the students dilemma in school.Symbolic habitus and code induce the students difficult in school. The difference of habit, temperament and cognitive structure make the rural students feel difficult to merge the environment of the city. Owing to the lack of direct experience and the scarcity of former cognitive structure, the students can't adapt themselves to the life in city without any obstacle and can't learn some even more new knowledge. These factors lead to their painful situation. The restricted code which the urban-rural labor students use have some difference from the elaborated code which are used in teaching language, culture wall, banner, hand-written paper. On basic of these factors and labeling theory, the students are differentiated from the other city students.There are many ways to improve the achievement to solve the problem by symbol rebuilding. The education authorities offer flexible the principles of teaching outline and harmony relationship students personal experience with text. The school should pay more attention to the students culture and making the teaching code match with the restricted code used by students. The parents and students actively transforming their habitus, and the parents give suitable expectation that accord with their children achievement.
