The Study About The People-oriented College Student Management

College student management is an important part of college management and it is the fundamental work to maintain normal school teaching order and to ensure the healthy growth of students. Putting people first is a scientific concept adapt to the future development, especially to the trend of college management. Adhering to putting people first is a necessary requirement of the internal development of universities, the basic embodiment of the harmonious development of universities and the core idea of China's university reform and development. To successfully complete the historical mission of educating college students, college student management must establish the new concept of putting people first and constantly explore new methods and new approaches for student management.At present, remarkable results have been achieved in college management, but we must know clearly there are still some urgent problems to be solved, e.g. whether "student-centered" and "the needs of students" is closely connected; how to deal with the value conflicts between different kinds of value subjects such as students, teachers and the college and to achieve sufficient and harmonious development of these three parties. The main reason for the existing problems lies in the lack of people-oriented management environment, the binding force of authority concept and the impact of left collective value concept. From the realities of college student management, this article provides an in-depth analysis and research into the current status of people-oriented college students management, points out that college student management must further the innovation of management concept, make tasks of student management clear, improve and perfect human management system and continuously explore new methods and new initiatives for human management.
