Reflection On The Current Situation Of Domestic Researches On Sports Journalism Ethics

Today, sports news is favored. With the huge attraction and influence, it is turning into a protagonist form supporting in the media. At the same time, with the rapid increase, the moral crisis in the sports news is worsening. The realistic problems not only make sports news become the focus of public opinion, and also make the research of sports journalism ethics become one of the hottest research.Since 2000, China's sports journalism ethics study developed steadily, and the number is rising year by year. However, the large quantity cannot replace the poor quality. Compared with the problems in the sports news, the development of academic research is slow. The contents of research are old, and angles of research are single, and the thinking only on the surface. The worst thing is plagiarism. In the case, the study of sports journalism ethics is hard to make a breakthrough.In my opinion, academic research is not only need combining with the practice, and need self reflection. For any research, finding the defects is very important. Only then, academic research can reflect reality significance. In this research, I put the research of sports journalism ethics from 2000 to 2008 in our country as research object and combined the qualitative and quantitative research, analyzed the current research situation of sports journalism. At the same time, under the framework of basic theory of journalism ethics, I will discuss excessive entertainment, realism, objectivity, humanistic spirit and professional ethics of sports news. This paper focus on thinking about the deficiency of other researches. On one hand, I will reflect on some specific issues from the microscopic perspective, for example the core concepts, the typical cases and the origins. On the other hand, I will discuss the problems again from the macroscopic perspective at the ending of this paper.As a research of "researches", this paper tries to solve three problems. First, we must be clearly recognized research status of sports journalism ethics from 2000 to 2008, including the quantity, feature, contents and so on; second, we must find out the deficiency, such as the definitions of fuzzy, a single point of view, the old cases and so on; at the last, we will summarize these common problems and give some new suggestion for future development. In short, with the spirit of self-exploration and self-denial of courage, I hope that this study has positive implications on the development of sports journalism ethics.
