Research And Educational Solutions Based On The Professional Quality Of Journalism Students

Journalistic ethics is gradually formed in the long-term distribution of newsactivity in certain society conditions, standardizing their communication behavior ofthe various concepts, habits, belief. With the development of Chinese socialist marketeconomy, China is in a transitional period of economic transition, the absence of thefrequent occurrence of journalistic ethics occurs, which do great harm to newsobjectivity, authenticity, comprehensive and impartial nature, and which also ruins thesocial image of journalists and news organizations. How to rebuild the journalisticethics has become a hot issue. In this paper, how to improve professional ethics andquality is investigated. Firstly, I go through the extensive literature and designquestionnaire to explore what affect the future of professional ethics. Therefore,educational thought should be focused on to the journalism students, which can makenews practitioners complete the construction of their professional and moral qualities.The paper is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction on problems,research status, significance, research ideas and methods of instructions. The secondpart is the definition of relevant concepts, including quality, quality of professionalethics, journalism characteristics of college students and journalism students,professional ethics quality. The third part analyzes journalists and moral qualities atthree levels of reasons for lack of professional ethics in our country from the newsindustry, the external environment, internal systems and organizational level. Thefourth part of the research for this article, the authors conducted a survey based on thequality of professional ethics of journalism students, pointing out the problems in thejournalistic ethics education through the detailed analysis. Then the fifth part is aboutsome suggestions and measures.Contribution of this article is to propose the key educational suggestions and measures to thefurther journalism students. First of all, professional ethics and quality comes first. What is more,the training of journalism students value system will be strengthened by political education;Finally, positive psychology is also significant to improve the quality of professional ethics ofjournalism students.
