"A country cannot thrive and people cannot find right position without morality" is the moral values stressed by the general secretary Xi Jinping.the moral construction is not only the national problem of prosperity,but also the fundamental problem of right position.With the changes of politics,economy and culture,people's values orientation will be changed.Some people disregard social morality and abuse social morality for their own benefit,which leads to academic anomie.The sacred academic field has not been spared,academic dishonesty often occurs on newspapers.Sports Postgraduates is an important part of sports training in China,but also the national sports important builders and successors,along with the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for material culture is increasing,China's sports talent market needs a large number of outstanding sports talents to enrich,therefore,to speed up the training high quality,high quality postgraduates were particularly important.Academic moral problems at present graduate students directly affects the quality of their training,or even related to the employment of graduate student can do their jobs,therefore,it is very necessary to study the Sports Postgraduates Academic ethics.The object of this paper is the Sports Postgraduates Academic Ethics,I am used the literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics to understand and analysis the Current Academic Moral Status of Sports Postgraduates: 1?Having certain academic moral consciousness,but is not firm enough when encountering practical problem;2?The norms of academic behavior need to be further improved;3?The lack of specific academic practice ability needs to be strengthened;4?effective supervision is not perfect,still needs to be further perfected.Through analyzing the subjective and objective influencing factors of the cultivation of academic morals,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of the good academic morals of the sports postgraduates.Firstly,we should improve our academic moral quality by correcting their learning motives,setting up clear goals,learning the relevant knowledge of academic ethics,and consciously resisting the wind of academic badness.Secondly,through extensive reading and accumulation of knowledge,we can strengthen logical thinking training.We also should tamp the master's own academic research foundation and improve academic research ability by being brave in practice,diligent in thinking,good at writing,and actively participating in various academic activities.Only when we have a solid theoretical research ability,can we make graduate students finish academic research work better.Thirdly,through reasonable setting up postgraduate courses,strengthening the responsibility of tutor management and perfecting the mechanism of academic moral supervision,the system of postgraduate training management is perfected.Adjusting the postgraduate course rationally,adding the content of the morals accomplishment aspect,that make the graduate student can study the related knowledge of morals accomplishment systematically.The teacher's precept and deeds is an important way for postgraduate academic moral cultivation.It is the last line of defense for postgraduate students to observe the academic moral standard by making scientific and effective supervision mechanism.Finally,through strengthening the publicity of public opinion on campus,advocating integrity research style,we can increase the punishment to set up academic moral integrity.Good academic moral environment helps sports postgraduates establish correct academic values,create a good environment for academic ethics,establish academic moral righteousness,especially the academic atmosphere of morality on campus where graduate students...
